Questions? We've got answers
Everything people ask before they order.
โฑ๏ธHow fast does it warm up?
It starts heating the moment you switch it on and feels cosy within a few minutes. The thermostat then keeps the temperature steady.
โ Is it safe to sit on all day?
Yes. The thermostat stops it from overheating, and the Classic switches itself off automatically. Keep it away from young children and don't use it while sleeping.
๐How is it powered?
The Classic plugs into a wall socket and comes with the right plug or adapter for your country. The Premium runs on USB, so a laptop, power bank or USB wall plug all work.
๐ก๏ธHow many heat levels are there?
The Premium has 3 heat levels. The Classic has a thermostat controller so you can set the warmth you like.
๐คDoes it switch off by itself?
The Classic has a built-in auto power-off timer. You can switch either version off on the controller at any time.
๐ชWill it fit my chair?
Classic is 45 ร 90 cm and Premium is 48 ร 100 cm, covering seat and backrest. It fits most office chairs, desk chairs, dining chairs and sofas.
๐จWhat's the difference between Classic and Premium?
Premium is bigger (48 ร 100 cm), extra fluffy, comes in 6 colours, has 3 heat levels and runs on USB. Classic is grey, 45 ร 90 cm and plugs into the wall.
๐Will it work in my country?
Yes. Premium is USB so it works anywhere, and Classic ships with the right plug or adapter for your country.
๐งผHow do I clean it?
Unplug it, then spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap. Don't machine wash or soak it, and let it dry fully before you use it again.
๐งณCan I fold it and take it with me?
Yes. It folds flat, so it's easy to store or carry between home and the office.
๐How long does shipping take?
We pack orders in 1โ2 business days. Delivery takes 6โ12 days to the US and 7โ14 days to other countries, with tracking.
๐Is it a good gift?
It's one of the most useful gifts for a coworker who's always cold. The 2 and 3 pack bundles save you 10% and 15%.
